Accolade Flooring Inc.

Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Accolade Flooring website. They apply to website use only and do not replace any written estimate, proposal or service contract signed for a flooring project.

Effective July 30, 2026

Website Terms Only

These Terms of Use govern the website. Flooring projects may be subject to a separate written estimate, proposal and contract. If a signed project contract conflicts with these website terms, the signed project contract controls for that project.

1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. If you are using the website on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

2

Website Purpose

This website provides general information about Accolade Flooring Inc., our experience, service areas, flooring services, completed projects and ways to contact or schedule with us.

Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. It is not a binding offer, construction specification, guarantee, warranty or project contract.

3

Estimates and Project Contracts

Requests submitted through the website do not create a contractor- customer relationship and do not obligate Accolade Flooring to accept or perform a project.

Any preliminary price, range, timeline or service description discussed through the website, telephone, email, chat or scheduling tool is informational until confirmed in a written estimate, proposal or contract.

Final pricing and scheduling may depend on an inspection and on project-specific conditions, including:

  • Square footage and layout.
  • Existing flooring and subfloor conditions.
  • Repairs, demolition or preparation required.
  • Stairs, transitions, trim and custom details.
  • Material availability and customer selections.
  • Access, occupancy and scheduling conditions.
  • Conditions that were concealed or not reasonably visible.

Important: A website submission, online booking or verbal conversation is not a substitute for a written project agreement when one is required or appropriate.

4

Appointments and Communications

Scheduling an appointment through the website is a request for an available time and is not guaranteed until confirmed by Accolade Flooring.

By providing your telephone number or email address, you authorize us to contact you about your inquiry, appointment, estimate or project. Message and data rates may apply depending on your service provider.

Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We may change or cancel an appointment because of weather, emergencies, project delays, access issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
  • Submit false, misleading or impersonated information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or systems.
  • Introduce malware, harmful code or automated attacks.
  • Interfere with website operation, security or availability.
  • Scrape, copy or systematically collect website content without written permission.
  • Use the website to harass, threaten or violate the rights of another person.

We may restrict or block access when we reasonably believe website use violates these terms or threatens the website, our business or another person.

6

Website Content

We try to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every description, image, availability statement, service area, price reference or other item is complete, current or error-free.

Flooring appearance can vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, existing conditions, wood variation, grain, finishing systems, wear and other project-specific factors. Website photos are examples and do not guarantee identical results.

We may correct errors and modify website content, services, images or availability at any time without prior notice.

7

Project Photos and Reviews

Project photographs and videos displayed on the website are used to demonstrate our general workmanship and services. We will use customer-provided content or identifiable private-property media only as permitted by the customer, applicable agreement or law.

Reviews may be displayed from public review platforms or submitted directly by customers. Reviews express the individual reviewer’s experience and do not guarantee that every project will produce the same result.

Nothing in these terms prohibits or penalizes a customer for posting an honest review or expressing a lawful opinion about our services.

8

Intellectual Property

The website and its original design, branding, logos, text, graphics, project descriptions, layouts and other original content are owned by or licensed to Accolade Flooring and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print a reasonable portion of the website for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

Third-party names, logos, platforms and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or integrate services operated by third parties, including scheduling, maps, reviews, videos, analytics, advertising, social media, communication tools and payment or financing providers.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, accuracy or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

10

Website Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility or freedom from harmful components.

We do not disclaim any warranty, responsibility or consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Any workmanship, product or service warranty applicable to a flooring project will be stated in the relevant written project documents or provided by the applicable manufacturer.

11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accolade Flooring will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising solely from access to or use of the website, inability to use the website, or reliance on general website content.

This website limitation does not limit responsibility that may arise under a signed project contract, applicable warranty, consumer- protection law or other law that cannot be restricted.

12

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these terms, infringement of another person’s rights or submission of content you had no right to submit.

This section does not apply to claims caused by Accolade Flooring’s own violation of law or obligations that cannot legally be shifted to a website user.

13

Governing Law

These website Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute concerning a flooring project may also be governed by the signed project agreement and applicable Massachusetts contractor and consumer-protection laws.

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the website, services, technology, business practices or legal requirements.

The effective date at the top of this page shows when the terms were most recently updated. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date unless applicable law requires a different process.
