Sanding equipment connects directly to dust-containment systems to collect dust close to where it is created. No sanding process is completely dust-free, so we combine source capture with containment, protection, and final cleaning.
Furniture, cabinets, built-ins, and surrounding surfaces are covered or protected where needed before sanding begins.

Our sanding equipment is connected to dust collection at the source, with HEPA filtration and protection planned around the home. The goal is to control sanding dust as it is created—not make unrealistic promises that sanding produces none.

Is refinishing completely dust-free?
No. Dust collection reduces airborne sanding dust, but no sanding process is completely dust-free.
When can we walk on the floor and return furniture?
We provide project-specific timing for foot traffic, furniture, rugs, pets and cleaning based on the selected finish and conditions inside the home.
Can every hardwood floor be refinished?
No. Remaining wood, structural condition, damage and previous sanding determine whether refinishing is the right option.
