This project included new hardwood installation and refinishing work across several areas of the home. The goal was to create a continuous, lighter flooring appearance while improving damaged and unfinished sections and maintaining a cohesive transition from room to room.
Accolade Flooring installed 3¼-inch white oak, prepared the existing flooring, completed the necessary sanding and finishing work and used a custom color blend of Bona White and Sand Dune. The project was completed with a Berger-Seidle GreenStar satin finish for a clean, natural appearance.

UPSTAIRS LANDING
New hardwood installation created a cleaner and more continuous appearance around the staircase and adjoining upper-level spaces.

The unfinished subfloor was replaced with 3¼-inch white oak, producing a bright, polished floor with natural grain variation.

The completed hallway connects the surrounding rooms with a consistent hardwood surface and a clean transition throughout.
