PROJECT OVERVIEW

ONE HOME. MULTIPLE FLOORING TRANSFORMATIONS.

Accolade Flooring installed 3¼-inch white oak, prepared the existing flooring, completed the necessary sanding and finishing work and used a custom color blend of Bona White and Sand Dune. The project was completed with a Berger-Seidle GreenStar satin finish for a clean, natural appearance.

PREPARATION

Work areas were prepared and the existing surface was readied for the required installation and refinishing steps.

03

INSTALLATION

New 3¼-inch white oak was installed in the designated rooms, hallway and landing areas.

04

COLOR

Bona White and Sand Dune were blended to create the selected lighter natural tone.

05

FINISH

Berger-Seidle GreenStar satin finish was applied to complete and protect the flooring surface.

PROJECT QUESTIONS

Can installed and existing floors be finished together?
Depending on the project, newly installed flooring and suitable existing hardwood may be prepared and finished to create a more consistent appearance throughout the property.
Why use a custom color blend?
A custom blend allows the floor color to be adjusted according to the wood, lighting, surrounding finishes and the appearance the homeowner would like to achieve.
