What homeowners are saying
“The scope of the job included removing the old kitchen tile, leveling the subfloor, matching the new flooring to our existing hardwood, and refinishing everything for a seamless look. The end result is beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.”

Can we refinish the upstairs floors while someone lives downstairs?
We’ll go over access, shared stairs, work hours, and the layout before planning the job. We’ll explain the sanding and finishing sequence and discuss any building requirements. The occupied unit does not automatically prevent the work, but we need to agree on access first.
The dining room has oak and the kitchen has a different wood. Can the colors match?
We’ll identify both species and sample suitable colors. Coordinated finishing may bring the rooms closer together, but different wood absorbs stain differently. We show you the likely differences before you choose a finish.
Can you fix the strip of missing flooring where an old partition was removed?
We’ll measure the gap and compare the surrounding boards, direction, and floor heights. A patch or woven-in repair may be possible, depending on the layout. Finishing a wider area may help the repair blend.
The upstairs floor squeaks. Will sanding take care of that?
Sanding treats the surface, so we inspect movement separately. Loose boards may be addressed where accessible, but subfloor or framing movement can require other work. We’ll explain what the flooring work can reasonably improve.
