What homeowners are saying
“We had a fantastic experience with Accolade Flooring. John installed new hardwood in our living room, dining area, and the results look amazing. He was on time, very clean, and finished the job quickly. We will definitely use them again for our next project!”

Can you refinish our apartment while the other units stay occupied?
We can discuss that after reviewing the layout. Shared stairs, entrances, work hours, and ventilation affect the plan. We’ll explain which routes must stay clear and when the finished floors can be used again.
The hallway is worn, but the bedrooms look fine. Do we need to refinish everything?
Not necessarily. We’ll check whether the wear is in the finish or the wood and whether doorways provide a natural stopping point. A hallway-only refinish may be possible, though the color and sheen can differ from the adjoining rooms.
Can squeaky floors in our three-decker be fixed during refinishing?
We’ll look at loose boards and accessible fastening points before sanding. Some movement can be reduced, but noise can also come from the subfloor or framing. Refinishing alone will not fix every squeak or soundproof the unit.
How do you get equipment into a rowhouse with a narrow staircase?
We’ll go over the stair width, turns, entrances, and available loading space before scheduling. Photos help us plan protection and equipment access. We confirm any building rules with you before work starts.
