Can heavily worn apartment floors be refinished between tenants?
We’ll look at wear, stains, repairs, and the available wood before proposing a schedule. Share the turnover date early. The floor needs the selected finish’s drying and curing time before move-in and furniture placement.
There are dark pet stains in one room. Can we replace just those boards?
That may be possible if the damage is localized. We’ll check the affected wood and surrounding flooring before selecting replacement material. Refinishing the room may help blend the repair, but new boards can still look different.
Can flooring work be done in one unit without blocking the shared entrance?
We’ll go over the equipment route and work area before scheduling. Shared stairs and halls may need agreed access periods and protection. We’ll explain any restrictions while finishes are drying.
The kitchen and living room have different floor heights. Can new hardwood fix that?
We’ll measure both finished surfaces and assess the subfloor before recommending materials. A suitable transition or subfloor work may be needed. Adding flooring without checking clearances can create problems at doors and appliances.
