Beautiful floors, with care for the home around them.
HEPA dust-controlled sanding, premium low-emission finishes, and moisture-tested installation.
Bring your kitchen renovation together from the floor up.
A kitchen renovation often changes more than the cabinets. For your home, we’ll look at the floors you’re keeping, gaps left by removed walls, and connections to adjoining rooms. We’ll check moisture levels and floor heights, then help you compare colors so the flooring decisions fit into the rest of your renovation.

We are opening the kitchen into the living room. What happens where the wall comes out?
Removing a wall can leave missing boards, different floor heights, or flooring laid in different directions. Once the area is exposed, we assess the subfloor and plan a patch, a transition, or a larger installation to connect the rooms.
Can a dishwasher leak be repaired without replacing the whole kitchen floor?
Possibly. The leak must be resolved, and the flooring and subfloor need assessment before repairs are planned. We’ll check the extent of the damage and moisture conditions, then explain whether boards can be kept or need replacement.
When should hardwood go into a new addition?
After the building is enclosed and the site is ready for the selected flooring. We’ll check the subfloor, moisture conditions, and product requirements. Acclimation is based on those conditions rather than simply leaving the wood on site for a set number of days.
Can we keep using the stairs while the downstairs floors are being done?
That depends on the route through the house and the work on the landing. We plan access, furniture movement, and drying periods with you. Where floors connect continuously, doing the work in separate phases may affect the appearance.
