Tell us your town, the rooms involved, and whether you are considering refinishing, installation, or a repair. We confirm the project location and scope before arranging a site visit; the town links below the service cards connect to our current local pages.
For a whole-floor update or work in several rooms, we plan access and the order of work together. If another contractor is involved, share the renovation schedule so subfloor preparation, flooring installation, and finishing can be coordinated.

What homeowners are saying
“I'd highly recommend John to install or refinish hardwood floors. He installed new flooring in several bedrooms and refinished the hallway to match and I am very happy with the finished product and he was great to work with throughout the process.”

Central Massachusetts flooring questions
Do you cover every town in Central Massachusetts?
Availability depends on the town, project scope, and schedule. Send your location first so we can confirm whether we can take on the work.
Can you coordinate with a renovation contractor?
Yes. We need to understand which work is still underway and when the space will be ready. Subfloor preparation, material delivery, and finishing should be planned in the right order.
Should carpet be removed before the estimate?
You do not need to remove it solely for the first conversation. Let us know what you can see beneath it. Some conditions can only be confirmed once the covering is removed.
What does a written estimate include?
The estimate sets out the agreed flooring work, materials, and pricing. We also discuss preparation, scheduling, and any conditions that need to be confirmed before work starts.
Tell us about your floors.
Send your town and address, the rooms involved, and a few details about what you’d like to change. Photos are helpful but not required.
