View project →Planning flooring work across MetroWest
Accolade Flooring is based in Framingham. We work with homeowners, property owners, and businesses across MetroWest on refinishing, installation, and repairs. Start with your town and the rooms you want to work on; we can then discuss the scope and arrange a visit.
An addition, a carpeted bedroom, and an existing hardwood hallway can need different approaches within the same property. We look at how the rooms connect, which floors can remain, and where a repair or new installation makes sense.

What homeowners are saying
“I'd highly recommend John to install or refinish hardwood floors. He installed new flooring in several bedrooms and refinished the hallway to match and I am very happy with the finished product and he was great to work with throughout the process.”

MetroWest flooring questions
Do you work in my MetroWest town?
The town links above cover our existing local pages. If your town is not listed, send your address and a short description of the work so we can confirm availability.
Can new floors connect to existing hardwood?
We compare the existing flooring with the proposed boards and check the heights at doorways. Matching material, refinishing adjoining rooms, or using a planned transition may each be appropriate.
Can you schedule work before we move in?
Tell us your closing and move-in dates early. We will discuss access, the rooms involved, and the drying and return-to-use requirements before confirming a schedule.
Can you repair a small area instead of replacing everything?
We assess the damaged area and the surrounding floor first. A localized repair may be possible, but matching the boards and finish depends on the condition of the existing flooring.
Tell us about your floors.
Send your town and address, the rooms involved, and a few details about what you’d like to change. Photos are helpful but not required.
